This position is for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor I at Wilder Vista, Artesian Vista, Ainahau Vista I & II, affordable housing communities in Honolulu, HI. Candidates should have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience, knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance, supervisory experience, a valid driver license, and a clean driving record. Salary range: $26.13 - $41.80 per hour; for new employees, generally $26.13 - $33.96 per hour, DOE. Final offer will consider experience and current salary levels.

Position Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor I oversees property physical operations, including upkeep, repairs, and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and systems such as mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, security, and electrical.

Responsibilities

• Organize staff workload for preventive and routine maintenance
• Maintain and update files and documents
• Coordinate and oversee outside vendors
• Supervise less than 3 Maintenance and Janitorial employees
• Perform Annual Unit Inspections
• Ensure unit turnover within 5 days

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, general maintenance
• CADL, clean DMV, reliable transportation
• HVAC certification preferred
