As a Guest Service Associate, you will interact with Owners and guests from arrival to departure, handling check-ins and check-outs, and providing information about the resort and area.

Core Work Activities

• Follow company policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; maintain a professional appearance; protect company assets.
• Greet and acknowledge guests; anticipate needs; assist guests with disabilities; show genuine appreciation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally; answer phones courteously.
• Build positive relationships; support team goals; respond to employee concerns.
• Meet quality assurance standards.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Lift or move objects up to 10 pounds; maintain a professional and friendly demeanor; perform additional duties as assigned.
• Must be fluent in Japanese.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
