Responsibilities

  1. Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development and initiation to close-out)
  2. Manage all aspects of complex small to medium projects or routine large projects
  3. Produce and coordinate several small to medium projects concurrently
  4. Establish and maintain client relations; participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings
  5. Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders
  6. Coordinate staffing and workload to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  7. Track financial aspects of projects; adjust work efforts to stay within budget and schedule
  8. Collaborate with accounting, operational, and business leadership for project reviews
  9. Implement QA/QC procedures
  10. Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 7 years of related experience
  • At least 2 years of project management experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project (Access experience is a plus)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Active participation in our employee-owned culture

Preferred:

  • PMP certification
