Join our dynamic real estate investment team as a Sales Director in vibrant Waikiki! This role puts you at the forefront of our capital raising efforts, investor relations, and sales closures across our diverse real estate portfolio. You'll leverage your proven sales skills to connect investors with lucrative opportunities while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. No real estate license required—we're looking for sales talent, enthusiasm, and the drive to succeed in Hawaii's exciting property market.

Position Details

Location: In person, must be already living in Hawaii

Responsibilities

1. Manage and nurture our pipeline of warm investor leads through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
2. Execute sales calls with confidence, clearly communicating investment opportunities and their potential returns.
3. Prepare and distribute compelling project updates that keep investors engaged and informed.
4. Collaborate with the team to develop effective marketing materials that showcase our properties and investment options.
5. Assist in analyzing potential deals, evaluating investment criteria, and preparing offer submissions.
6. Coordinate with sellers, virtual assistants, and team members to ensure smooth transaction processes.
7. Track all investor interactions and deal progress in our CRM system.
8. Identify opportunities to improve our sales approach and investor experience.
9. Represent the company at relevant networking events to expand our investor base.
10. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and be ready to step in wherever needed in our growing operation.

Qualifications

1. Must be currently living in Hawaii — this is a non-negotiable requirement.
2. Available for full-time position (40 hours/week).
3. Committed to working in our Waikiki office, Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm.
4. Proven track record in sales with demonstrated ability to close deals.
5. Self-driven with a hunger for achievement and results.
6. Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
7. Experience with CRM systems and general tech proficiency.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
10. Professional demeanor and presentation.
11. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
12. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
13. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
14. Proven success in sales, including lead generation and deal closing.

Compensation

$20 - $25 hourly
