Position Overview:

KODA Technologies, Inc.is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Project Manger with strong technical credentials to lead the development and prototyping of a next-generation 5G communications device tailored for aerospace platforms. This is a senior technical leadership position within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, working at the intersection of 5G wirelesssoftware-defined radios (SDR), and satellite communications (SATCOM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee system architecture, RF design strategies, and network integration.

• Oversee system integration, lab validation, and test vehicle integration, and flight test demonstrations.

• Collaborate with program managers, RF engineers, and software developers to align technology with user needs.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for internal leadership, partners, customers, and product users.

• Support proposal development, technical roadmaps, and trade studies for future capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in wireless systems engineering, RF development, or telecommunications prototyping.

• Proven track record leading product development or rapid prototyping efforts in wireless or aerospace environments.

• Technical expertise in 5G, signal processing, and RF front-end design.

• Familiarity with SDR platforms (e.g., USRP, Ettus, Xilinx RFSoC) and embedded systems.

• Strong understanding of communication protocols, spectrum management, and network performance optimization.

Highly Desirable:

• Background in SATCOM systems, waveform development, or satellite terminal integration.
• Experience supporting DoDNASA, or aerospace industry programs.
