Job Description
Position Summary
The role of the Learning and Development (L&D) Consultant is to prepare Lili?uokalani Trust (LT) employees to accomplish job results and organizational needs. Creates, delivers, and manages organization-wide training and professional development programs/processes that are designed to foster continuous learning, high performance, and professional growth. The L&D Consultant works closely with the Learning & Development Manager on projects pertaining to orientations/onboarding, performance management, leadership development, compliance, and other initiatives aligned with LT's strategic goals and priorities. This position is managed within the People Operations Department of Team Services.
