The role involves working on FIPS 140 validation projects, security analysis, design, testing, and evaluation of cryptographic products, as well as technical report writing and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Work on FIPS 140 validation projects
• Conduct security analysis and design product architecture
• Perform vulnerability and physical security testing
• Analyze systems and evaluate products against standards
• Test cryptographic algorithms and PKI
• Review source code and write technical reports
• Automate testing through scripting and develop supporting applications

Qualifications:

• Cryptographic Validation Program (CVP) Certification
• Knowledge of cryptographic algorithms, PKI, and security protocols
• Programming experience in C, C++, Python, or Java
• Understanding of security standards and network setup
• Experience in testing environments and technical reporting
• Strong troubleshooting, multitasking, and time management skills

Desired Skills:

• Python programming, debugging, entropy analysis, OpenSSL/OpenPGP knowledge
• Vulnerability analysis, security principles, certifications, Linux, Active Directory
• Hands-on testing tools and X.509 validation

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years relevant experience
