We are a full-service financial agency working in securities and insurance to help clients grow wealth and reduce debt. This fully remote position involves online meetings via Zoom, requiring approximately 10-20 hours per week initially for training and client assistance. It is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential—the more families you assist, the more you earn. The average Training Associate makes around $4,000 per month.

Our mission is to change financial education, enabling people to become financially independent through proper planning. We operate under the motto No Family Left Behind. We do not charge clients for our services and have no minimums for assistance.

Responsibilities include:

1. Meeting and contacting potential clients to discuss financial needs
2. Conducting information-gathering meetings
3. Analyzing client needs and presenting solutions
4. Providing ongoing service and developing personal business and marketing plans
5. Participating in marketing and expansion efforts
6. Delivering excellent customer service
7. Learning financial strategies to assist clients and improve your own knowledge
8. Helping individuals and families with financial goals such as retirement, college planning, debt management, insurance, investments, and estate planning

Qualifications include:

1. Legal U.S. residency, citizenship, or work permit with SSN
2. Ability to pass a background check
3. High integrity and accountability
4. Willingness to learn financial principles and expand your financial IQ
5. Professional status (part-time or full-time) with steady income
6. Self-motivated, disciplined, organized, and excellent in time management
7. Strong sales, analytical, decision-making, interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
8. Previous athletic or coaching experience is a plus
9. Willingness to obtain a financial license
10. Skills in Zoom, Office software, Google Calendar, and Drive
