Overview:

National janitorial cleaning company is seeking reliable individuals for commercial cleaning in shopping malls and major retail department stores. The work environment is pleasant and drug-free. EOE. A background check is required. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and be willing to work on weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work as part of the housekeeping team, cleaning shopping malls or department stores under the supervision of a Site Manager. Tasks may be performed independently or as part of a team, often during off-hours or before/after store hours.
2. Perform cleaning duties such as cleaning entrances, restrooms, floors, and Food Court areas. Use various cleaning tools and machines, including pressure washers, and follow all safety protocols.
3. During store hours, patrol for hazards, clean spills, wipe down surfaces, and restock/restroom supplies. Maintain cleanliness of common areas, tables, chairs, and trash areas. Operate cleaning equipment as needed.
4. Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned.
