KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Install solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial rooftops.
2. Work collaboratively with project leads and electricians to complete projects.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Able to climb ladders and maintain balance on rooftops with various heights, angles, and surfaces.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions to include heat, cold, wet, or humid environments.
• Able to work in confined spaces such as attics, crawl spaces, or basements; requires kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Ability to lift and maneuver 60 pounds frequently and up to 110 pounds with assistance.
• Frequently use hand functions and fine motor skills, grasping, gripping, twisting, pinching, pulling, and pushing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 18+ years old of age.
• Valid Driver's License & clean driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment Drug Screening and Background check.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
• Basic knowledge of residential electrical and structural systems; experience of both AC and DC systems.
• General knowledge of NEC, NABCEP Certification.
• Solar, Military, Roofing, Electrical, or Construction experience; or Trade School degree in construction/building.
