Restoration Technician (Oahu) at Hawaiian Building Maintenance

Pay Range: $17.00/hr - $22.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

Responsibilities:

• Follow IICRC standards for water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire restoration.
• Safely remove affected or contaminated materials.
• Utilize programs such as Encircle and MICA.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Work efficiently, restock supplies, and keep the vehicle ready for emergencies.
• Communicate professionally with clients and respond promptly.
• Participate in on-call emergency services and after-hours work.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Background check clearance.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Flexible on-call schedule, including weekends and after-hours.
• Starting pay: $17 - $22/hr, depending on experience and certifications.
