About Us
We are a growing gelato production business looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveOperations Support Assistantto support daily operations. You will play a vital role in assisting with order management, dispatching deliveries, maintaining inventory, and handling administrative tasks to keep our business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provideexcellent customer serviceand assist with order processing.
  • Supportgelato production schedulingwith the Production Team.
  • Help manageinventory recordsin QuickBooks, including supplies and ingredients.
  • Assist withdelivery coordination, including organizing routes and dispatching drivers.
  • Help stage and load items for delivery.
  • Receive and check in vendor deliveries.
  • Performbasic bookkeeping (A/R & A/P) in QuickBooks.
  • Maintain records, logs, and office files.
  • Assist withvehicle maintenance paperwork.
  • Contribute to apositive and productive team culture.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strongcustomer service and communicationskills.
  • Ability tostay organized and work efficientlyin a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency inQuickBooks, Excel, and email management(Gmail/Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge ofOahu`s geographyfor dispatching deliveries.
  • Understanding ofoffice operations and management.
  • Ability to perform occasionallight to medium physical tasks.

Education & Experience

  • 1+ yearsof office or administrative experience.
  • Experience incustomer service and basic bookkeeping (A/R & A/P) in QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with handlinghigh email volumesusing Gmail or Outlook.
  • Experience usingExcelin a business setting.
  • Oahu area dispatching experienceis a plus.
  • Restaurant or production kitchen experienceis a plus.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience(Bachelor`s degree a plus).
