We are seeking a Lot Attendant/Utility Person to join our Service team at Servco Auto Kauai. Our team members are offered a competitive hourly wage and opportunities for advancement within our parts and service departments.

Responsibilities

1. Drive and park vehicles at various locations
2. Provide a positive customer experience
3. Inspect and ensure vehicles are clean inside and out before delivery, including automated car wash procedures where available
4. Maintain safety and cleanliness in the service area
5. Properly dispose of waste oil and parts
6. Provide shuttle services to customers
7. Assist auto technicians and perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Valid driver's license with a good driving record
3. Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions safely across various vehicle sizes
4. Strong communication skills
5. Team-oriented with a commitment to excellent customer service
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
7. Availability to work a 4/10 schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm

Advancement Opportunities

Entry-level Lot Attendants can advance to roles such as Parts Delivery Person, Lube Tire Helper, or Auto Technician. Note: To qualify as an Auto Technician, an Associate's Degree in Automotive Technology is required. Consider pursuing this degree early if interested in this career path.
