Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Windward Oahu
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to management and team members.
  2. Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  3. Organize and maintain files, records, and reports.
  4. Handle scheduling, correspondence, and office communications.
  5. Assist in planning meetings, events, and other company initiatives.
  6. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree required.
  2. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  3. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  6. A proactive, dependable, and self-motivated individual.
  7. Driver's license.
