The hotel is located just two blocks from Waikiki Beach, with many guest rooms offering walk-out patios overlooking the ocean or city. The Hilton Garden Inn Waikiki Beach features two restaurants, a marketplace, and an outdoor pool.

Overview

The House Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas and equipment, delivering items to guestrooms, and assisting with guest requests and hotel operations.

Responsibilities

1. Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
2. Shampoo carpets and furniture in public areas as needed.
3. Assist guests with luggage in a friendly and courteous manner.
4. Handle Lost and Found items per hotel standards.
5. Clean guestrooms as required.
6. Follow all emergency procedures.
7. Maintain hotel equipment and ensure proper storage.
8. Complete special projects assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
9. Ensure guest satisfaction through quality service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred, or relevant experience.
• Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in a friendly and courteous manner.
