• Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

You'll be the go-to person for patients, ensuring they have an exceptional experience from their first phone call to their last appointment (and beyond!). Think of yourself as a mix between a patient advocate, scheduling guru, and friendly problem-solver—making sure every patient feels valued, heard, and supported.

Schedule: Mon - Thurs 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Fri - Sat 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Your Day to Day:

• Handle lots of inbound & outbound calls (with a smile!)
• Schedule & reschedule appointments like a pro.
• Use Electronic Medical Records software (don't worry, we'll train you!)
• Be a great listener & help phone prospects book their visits.
• Build strong relationships with new & existing patients.
• Go over insurance benefits & financials (as needed).

Bonus points if you've worked in physical therapy, chiropractic, or dental.
