Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean the Donation trailer/pod area
• Assist donors and provide receipts for donations
• Maintain reports and paperwork as instructed
• Sort donations into proper containers and stack appropriately
• Assist with loading donations onto trucks
• Notify supervisor of needed supplies
• Secure and lock the Donation trailer/pod at shift end

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Pass background check
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
• Effective communication skills

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist
• Ability to push, pull, and move objects up to 75 lbs
• Perform repetitive motions
• Perform duties with or without accommodations

Schedule

Stores operate 7 days a week. Schedules are flexible to ensure coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Salvation Army complies with COVID-19 safety measures and considers exemption requests for vaccination requirements.
