Overview

The Utility House Attendant (On-Call) maintains high standards in all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, meeting rooms, and other spaces, and may perform additional cleaning duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Use proper communication etiquette and hotel software (e.g., HotSOS) to track work and guest requests.
• Practice safety and handle Lost and Found items per hotel standards.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks, including trash disposal, linen delivery, and supply stocking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of public and guest areas, including restrooms, hallways, and stairwells.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and adherence to cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, operate equipment, and stand for long periods.
• Effective communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to attend training and follow safety procedures.
