$21 - $27 an hour - Part-time

About Us:
Soccer Shots Oahu is a family-owned business that introduces soccer to children ages 2-8 onsite at preschools across the island. Through the revenue generated by the classes you run, we currently financially sponsor 1,500 children in Cameroon and 300 more in Peru.

Coaching Description:
Classes are Monday through Friday in preschools and Saturdays at park programs in select locations, lasting 30-45 minutes for each session depending on age. We provide training, coaching equipment, and all curriculum materials. We are prioritizing hiring soccer coaches who will be available for multiple sessions throughout the week, specifically for our afternoon sessions (most afternoon classes start setup at 2:45pm). This part-time soccer coach position is available immediately.

Essential Soccer Coach Qualifications:

1. Availability: Minimum 3 weekday AFTERNOONS (Tues, Wed, Thur preferred) as well as Saturday and/or Sunday mornings (9:00 am - 12:00 am).
2. Commitment: We are looking to hire people who could see themselves working here for at least a year, provided it's a good fit. Children THRIVE when they have consistent coaching!
3. Fun & Silly: MUST enjoy teaching young children; your goal is to make Soccer Shots the best 30-45 minutes of each child's week.
4. Reliable transportation: Must have safe and reliable transportation to and from work and a valid driver's license.
5. Background check: Must pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.
6. Tb test: Results required.

Preferred Soccer Coach Qualifications:

1. Experience working with children.
2. CPR/First Aid certified or ability to attain if needed.
3. Previous teaching or education/coaching experience (preferably with children ages 2-8).
