The Communications Office serves Punahou, both in its entirety and its individual functions. It publicly represents the school in communicating with both broad and targeted audiences through a wide variety of media and efforts. Communications staff leverage specialized skills and experience in design, writing, photography, digital media and other disciplines, and apply best practices throughout the phases of concept, production and execution.
Punahou School is seeking a Communications and Media Relations Manager to help drive strategic storytelling and content development across multiple digital platforms. This role focuses on the planning, creation and implementation of engaging content — including writing, social media, digital photography, and project coordination — while working closely with colleagues across campus and within the Communications team. The Manager supports proactive media relations efforts to promote the School's positive brand image. Through innovative concept development, thorough research and strong writing skills, they will provide production and media support to advance the School's goals and effectively engage with its diverse constituents and the broader public.
