Job Description

Position: Security Site Supervisor

Pay: $25.96/hour

Type: Full-Time | Morning and Afternoon Shifts

• Weekly pay to keep your income flowing

Requirements

• Security experience of 2+ years

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate quality security services at assigned sites
• Act as a liaison between customers, operation managers, and security officers
• Supervise staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within authorized range

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with personnel and the public
• Licensing requirements as per state/local laws, possibly needed before employment
• Successful background check and drug screening
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology and software
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Ability to interpret reports and enforce contract standards
• Participation in site safety programs
• Physical ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, and stand for long periods
