The Information Technology (IT) department supports and maintains all systems across Hawai‘i Pacific Health facilities. The team manages data processing, user support, vendor liaison activities, and program maintenance, including support for the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system for outpatient clinics.
The EMR Clinical Systems Trainer will provide training on Hawai‘i Pacific Health's computer systems, including EPIC EMR and desktop tools. Responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments, designing and delivering training sessions, and providing ongoing support to system users. The ideal candidate will be engaging, technically skilled, and committed to improving healthcare in Hawai‘i.
