We are seeking candidates for the following position:

Position Details

• Location: Honolulu, HI
• Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI, SAP Information eligible, consent for Counterintelligence polygraph

Duties and Responsibilities

The Site Security Manager (SSM) oversees security for project planning, design, and construction, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements for facility accreditation. Responsibilities include developing security plans, conducting inspections, documenting violations, working with construction teams, and ensuring adherence to policies such as NISPOM, ICD, UFCs, and SAP policies. The SSM also provides security staff oversight, evaluates SCIF and SAP facilities, briefs personnel, and maintains accreditation documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience or 7 years of experience without a degree
• Experience with physical security, personnel management, or construction management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to pass required training and certifications within specified timeframes
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, walk long distances, and climb stairs
• Desired: Industry-recognized Site Security Manager certification, former Construction Surveillance Technician, or Blueprint Reading certification
