The pay range for this position is $16 to $22 per hour, depending on experience. The offered base pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. As a Mid-Level Automotive Technician, you'll gain hands-on experience in diagnosing technical issues and delivering outstanding service in one of our auto service centers.

**Shift Information:** Store hours may include weekends and some holidays, depending on location.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

• At least 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and minimum age of 18.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

**Additional Considerations:**

• Commitment to learning new automotive technologies.
• Ability to analyze information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• High School Diploma or GED.
• ASE Certification.
• Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
• Experience with electrical systems, air conditioning, and fuel ignition.

**Skills You Will Learn:**

• Performing technician services, inspections, diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
• Providing excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Mentoring junior technicians.
• Documenting work and reporting safety issues.
• Promoting teamwork and maintaining vehicle care standards.
• Performing manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
