This position supervises all areas required to deliver a superior education program at Schofield Barracks and Tripler Army Medical Center. Supervision includes staff processing of student admissions and registration, ensuring outstanding customer service in support of University students, faculty, and staff. The person must liaise with the Army Educational Service Officer (ESO) and the staff at the Education Center. They will develop and promote educational programs focused on the needs of the Army community, and coordinate with other HPU base offices and main campus entities on scheduling, reports, and marketing events.
The role involves assisting students with interpretation of academic policies, transfer credits, processing student information via ArmyIgnitED System (AI2.0), managing grades, course input, tuition adjustments, and processing tuition assistance programs like Army and MYCAA. Additionally, the person will support student recruiting and retention activities, including advising and faculty feedback programs.
