Kamehameha Schools is currently looking for an Assistant Archivist to assist with supporting our KS archives program and collections.
Provides administrative and operational support of Kamehameha Schools (KS) Archives Program and archival collections, which encompass documents, photographs, media, and artifacts spanning over 100 years of history.
The Assistant Archivist ensures proper processing, conservation, and accessibility of materials by executing standard operating procedures for collection management, supporting outreach initiatives, and leveraging technology to promote the KS Archives Program.

Work may involve exposure to mold, dust, and chemical residues. This position may involve traveling to various locations, including neighbor islands. Work is typically conducted Monday through Friday but may require evening and weekend hours.
