A Land Surveyor I (SR-18) performs routine professional land surveying work in field surveying, office computations, and land boundary research; and performs other duties as required.
Current Vacancy Information: There is one (1) vacancy located in Honolulu. Under the direct supervision of the Land Surveyor V or the project surveyor, the Land Surveyor I will perform routine land surveying work and receive specific instructions in following procedures.
The Land Surveyor I (SR-18) position requires applicants to have an equivalent to graduation from a regionally-accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree in land surveying, geo-science, or engineering.
Education obtained outside of the United States must be comparable to a degree earned at a regionally-accredited college/university in the United States. To receive credit for the education, a foreign credential evaluation (FCE) must be provided.
