Job Opportunity: Policy and Governance Analyst

Location: Camp Smith, HI

Clearance Needed: TS/SCI

Parsons is seeking a Policy and Governance Analyst passionate about establishing and enhancing data management processes, collaborating with seasoned professionals in a critical mission environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders to integrate policy considerations into project planning and execution.
2. Update and maintain policy and governance documentation, including manuals and directives.
3. Lead the development and implementation of new standards and procedures aligned with DoD requirements and industry best practices.
4. Explain complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
5. Educate, mentor, and guide teams on policy and governance requirements to ensure best practices and standards adherence.
6. Work independently to solve complex problems with minimal guidance.
7. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a multi-skilled team environment focusing on data automation.
• Strong background in data analytics or computer science.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Security Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret with SCI eligibility is required to start.

Preferred Experience:

• Military experience supporting US INDOPACOM activities.
• Experience supporting large teams or branch-level offices.
• Knowledge of big data and AI/ML concepts.

Salary Range: $108,700 - $190,200
