About The Role

As a CBRE Operations Management Sr. Director, you will oversee the department responsible for planning, managing, and directing business operations for a large region or high-profile client. This role is part of the Operations Management function, supporting organizational goals and strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Provide supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee hiring.
  • Coordinate daily team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
  • Drive strategic operations, including revenue growth and profitability.
  • Review financial evaluations and make recommendations.
  • Approve marketing collateral and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Maintain listing and transaction files, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Assess project needs, develop training programs, and manage procurement of supplies and equipment.
  • Apply broad industry knowledge to drive performance.
  • Lead by example, negotiate with stakeholders, and conceptualize new methods and standards.
  • Resolve complex business problems using advanced critical thinking.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 12-15 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience and education.
  • Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and complex information.
  • Leadership skills to motivate teams across multiple disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

The salary range for this position is $180,000 to $200,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Successful candidates are eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits such as 401(k), dental, health, life, and vision insurance.
