Job Summary:
The Call Center Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This role involves providing excellent customer service and support through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Support: Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
* Documentation: Record and update customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
* Feedback: Gather customer feedback and relay it to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless customer service.
* Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions.
Experience:
* Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
