Base pay range

$225,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Role Overview

The Executive Director of Facilities Management (EDFM) will focus on ensuring client satisfaction, comfort, and security. The role involves managing complex situations independently, overseeing six residences in Hawaii, and handling daily operations, staff, personal/social activities, logistics, and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee maintenance of homes, vehicles, and equipment to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and operational.
2. Manage travel, errands, and special requests professionally and discreetly to facilitate client needs.
3. Prepare budgets, track expenses, manage records, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure service quality and cost efficiency. Act as the main communication link between clients, staff, and external contacts.
4. Troubleshoot tech issues; oversee inventories; support relocations; and stay updated on tools and practices to improve operations and staff training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, vendors, and operations.
• Proficiency in budgeting, resource planning, and goal setting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Apple products, and secure communication tools like Proton and Signal.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and safe driving habits.
• Physical ability to handle demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs, walking, bending, traveling on short notice, and using office equipment comfortably.

Compensation

Starting at $225K - $250K, with excellent benefits.
