Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate DR Horton's value proposition, product vision, and capabilities effectively to potential customers.
  • Identify customer goals and challenges, positioning DR Horton as the best solution.
  • Overcome objections and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of transactions from sale to loan, options, and construction.
  • Source new sales opportunities continually.
  • Create and implement marketing plans to establish new customer relationships.
  • Network and perform outreach to realtors.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet sales goals and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Maintain and expand a database of prospects.
  • Attend sales meetings regularly.
  • Conduct all business professionally and ethically to serve customers and enhance company goodwill and profits.
  • Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards through policy execution.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or 2 years of related experience.
  • Own a vehicle, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to drive during day and night.
  • Proficient in using DRH Sales applications on various devices.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds; capable of working on unlevel terrain and in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Previous sales experience; industry knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly motivated individual.

This position is commission-based with no fixed salary range.
