Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor teams of warehouse associates and beneficiaries.
• Strong communication, leadership, accountability, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to differentiate quality of donated items.
• Adaptability to supervising and working in various production units.
• Proven track record of hitting production goals.
• Experience working with diverse and vulnerable populations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
• Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, carts, merchandise racks, furniture dollies, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks.

Essential Job Duties

• Supervise, coach, and train warehouse associates and beneficiaries to reach operational efficiency and production goals.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide reviews and attainable goals.
• Oversee production department performance, leading by example.
• Ensure merchandise is priced according to policy and maintain quality control.
• Manage the collection and security of high-value items.
• Enforce policies on merchandise handling, preventing theft or unauthorized transfer.
• Maintain the safety, proper use, and maintenance of warehouse supplies and equipment.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Overtime requires written supervisor approval, with initials on the timecard.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
