PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Assist the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/FUNCTIONS:

1. Supervise Sales Associates and assign duties in the absence of the Store Manager.
2. Ensure store operations comply with company policies, procedures, and standards.
3. Assist with daily paperwork, inventory management, ordering, and merchandise processing.
4. Provide prompt, friendly customer service and perform cashier duties as per IMM cash policy.
5. Follow security and safety policies.
6. Check in new merchandise timely, stock, and price items.
7. Maintain a clean store environment through housekeeping duties.

Daily Duties:

• Perform Sales Associate duties (60%)
• Supervise staff and assign duties (40%)
• Assist with daily paperwork, inventory, and merchandise processing

Periodic Duties:

• Conduct weekly price surveys of competitors.
• Attend monthly managers' meetings and store meetings.

Occasional Duties:

• Cover shifts, perform price changes, assist other stores, and perform other duties as needed.
• Work at other store locations as required.

Qualifications:

Skills/Knowledge:

• Mathematical skills for cash handling and paperwork.
• Supervisory and staff coordination abilities.
• Prioritization of duties and excellent customer service skills.
• Stock and inventory management skills.

Education/Training:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Sales Associates Training Class.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Valid driver's license required.

Experience:

• 1-2 years in customer service, cash handling, and supervisory roles.

Working Conditions:

• Indoor store environment and outdoor weather conditions as needed.
