Job Summary

We are seeking a Consulting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to collaborate with our firm's principals to deliver optimal solutions to our global clients. Apply your experience as a full-time or consulting CEO to assist business owners and CEOs in achieving their organizational goals. We value CEOs with an entrepreneurial spirit who prioritize their consultants and clients equally.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Utilize your skills and knowledge as a CEO to support clients in leadership, turnarounds, growth, executive coaching, and team building.
2. Leverage our training and coaching to expand your network, develop relationships, follow up, and close new client leads.
3. Engage with CEOs and business owners at a peer level, listening, learning, and asking relevant questions to identify core organizational issues.
4. Assemble a team from within the client organization, our consultants, or partner firms to deliver tailored solutions.
5. Collaborate with other C-Suite professionals (CFOs, COOs, CMOs, CHROs, CIOs, CTOs) within our firm to serve clients effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of five years experience as a CEO, business owner, or equivalent leadership role.
