Job Description

Tyto Athene is seeking a Unified Communications/Audio Visual SME to provide requirements analysis, evaluation, optimization recommendations, and implementation for the design, installation, interoperability, and maintenance of telephony, video teleconferencing, chat, IPTV, digital signage, mass notification, LMR, and AVMM architecture. The SME will also be responsible for the technical direction of developmental and operational UC systems.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare operational guides.
2. Train government customers in the proper use of UC systems.
3. Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of UC systems.
4. Identify, diagnose, and resolve Tier 1 problems.
5. Manage daily activities related to configuration and operation of UC systems.
6. Assist users in accessing and utilizing UC systems.
7. Document hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures.
8. Coordinate hardware installations across multiple sites.
9. Maintain and develop environments for hardware and software build, staging, testing, and integration.
10. Implement hardware and software configuration management processes, including creating build scripts and integrating them into the build process.
11. Analyze complex hardware systems, design, architecture, and network issues.
12. Perform testing on equipment.
13. Provide hardware maintenance support, both preventative and remedial.
14. Deploy, install, and implement UC solutions at CONUS and OCONUS locations.
15. Conduct site surveys.
16. Interpret drawings, specifications, and related documents.
17. Serve as equipment custodian and manage inventory assets.
18. Design UC solutions including multi-level security systems, enterprise collaboration systems, conference rooms, classrooms, command centers, auditoriums, digital signage, and streaming.

Clearances Required

TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Education

An associate degree from an accredited college or university with two (2) years of experience; or a high school diploma with four (4) years of experience; or a bachelor's degree with no work experience.
