POSITION SUMMARY

The Store Manager provides supervision and operational guidance to the Honolulu, Hawaii team and acts as the on-site point of contact for Ops and QA cross-flow. The Store Manager coordinates with QA to ensure all quality assurance protocols are followed. The Store Manager monitors site quality and productivity and implements process improvements to ensure the site meets or exceeds operational objectives. The Store Manager ensures activities are completed on time and within budget.

  1. Manage team by ensuring proper staffing, training, and performance management, including promotions, salary recommendations, transfers, and terminations. Resolve personnel issues and motivate employees to maintain high morale. Manage time off and vacation scheduling.
  2. Maintain Noble's business license and address.
  3. Manage Noble's local bank account, overseeing all cash transactions including payroll and outsourcing fees.
  4. Collaborate with Manager, Contract Operations, and local outsourcing partners to meet contract requirements.
  5. Coordinate store schedules and provide weekend coverage for Eagle Hardware.
  6. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve facility operations.
  7. Work with the Program Manager to identify and resolve personnel, supply chain, and safety issues, ensuring compliance.
  8. Generate regular reports to monitor supply chain status and address potential issues proactively.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Successful performance requires meeting the following requirements:

  • Strong communication and oversight skills.
  • Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively while maintaining control over operations and customer service.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Conflict management and personnel development experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in IT, including hardware and software troubleshooting.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in an operations management role.
  • Experience with {Location} region business practices and regulations.
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract requirements.

COMPUTER SKILLS

  • MS Office Suite, Databases, Web-Based Applications, Tableau, ALPHA, Adobe Creative Suite, NetSuite/Oracle, Salesforce, and other business software.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Typical office environment.
  • Ability to support overtime on weekends and extended hours during surges.
