The Institute for Human Services (IHS) is Hawaii's most comprehensive human services agency dedicated to ending and preventing homelessness. The Case Manager is responsible for assessment, service plan development, short-term counseling and referrals for guests, while ensuring that client input is included in every step of the process. This position provides quality case management services that connects the client with appropriate benefits, assistance and support with the goal of stabilization and connection to a provision of safe, decent and affordable housing.
Compensation:
Starting from $20.00 hourly, actual pay commensurate with experience within contract budgets.
