Customers include Federal as well as State and Local Governments. The emphasis for this role is on Federal government business.This role will start as an individual contributor, and for the right person, can evolve to a leadership role where you build a team and are running the company's Federal Practice.The Government Account Manager will work with contracting officers and partners to sell through the ecosystem. You will develop partnerships as well as directly selling new products and services, and maintenance agreements. You will prepare proposals, bid responses and quotes.Responsibilities: Work closely with partners in a collaborative environmentDevelop strategic relationships with key stakeholders to understand customer's business and develop strategic roadmapsCold callingDevelop proposals and bid responsesEffectively demonstrate the value of our company and solutionsStay on top of industry and technology trends to identify potential opportunitiesQualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, technical discipline, or engineeringExperience with navigating federal markets, including DoDExperience working with contract vehiclesTechnology Sales experience with proven ability to convert leads to opportunities, and close deals.Knowledge of telecommunications is a plusTechnical aptitudeExceptional communication skills – both verbal and writtenSelf-motivated with good time management skillsAble to work both independently and with a teamDetail-oriented.Ability to persevere in the face of adversityAbility to travel within Hawaii and several mainland trips per yearDrug test requiredSalary and Benefits: Competitive base salary with generous commission planCompetitive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and a 401(k) plan with matchOngoing training and professional development#J-18808-Ljbffr
