Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Process advising-related paperwork for CNS Students
  2. Provide drop-in academic advising and registration support for CNS Students
  3. Assist in processing overrides for CNS courses
  4. Support CNS SASC office functions, including scheduling appointments, responding to emails, and answering phone inquiries
  5. Support implementation of CNS SASC recruitment, workshops, and events
  6. Provide academic advising for students in the College of Natural Sciences
  7. Support tracking student achievement of milestones and outreach as necessary
  8. Support advisor outreach for early alert interventions
  9. Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills

Desired Qualifications

  • 1-year of advising and student success experience
