Location: Fort Shafter, HI

Clearance Needed: TS/SCI

Are you ready to utilize your all-source analytical experience on complex projects supporting an exciting Indo-Pacific mission? The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of working across multiple intelligence sections to collect, fuse, and share intelligence, maintaining a competitive edge against near-peer and peer adversaries.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all-source analysis of operational environments and create target packages or serialized products.
• Use IC tools to analyze, identify threats, and produce reports supporting DoD priorities; familiar with intelligence writing and ICD 203 standards.
• Understand INDOPACOM intelligence challenges and support missions related to order of battle, ground domain awareness, strategic competition, or counter-threat finance.
• Collaborate with interagency analysts to share leads, corroborate information, and target actions.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work independently, respond promptly, and manage time effectively.
• Shift work may be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Trained Army 35F or equivalent.
• 3+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to synthesize data into coherent reports.
• Adaptability and effective priority management in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication skills, including proofreading and editing for senior briefings.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and data-sharing tools.
• Valid US Passport.
• Active DoD TS security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience supporting USINDOPACOM or a Combatant Command.
• Certified Defense All-Source Analysis (CDASA).

Minimum Clearance to Start: Top Secret SCI
