Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented OSINT Collector - Senior to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Provide management-related products and data calls.
2. Develop OSINT Collection Requirements within Government tasking, conforming to established standards, and ensure publication in the appropriate system of record. Compose and refine Army OSINT collection doctrine, policies, processes, and procedures.
3. Assist in managing the Army OSINT Enterprises' Collector Identifier Number Database and produce Collection Management-related products and data calls.
4. Provide timely, tailored, and sharable information environment intelligence.
5. Support validation, tipping, cueing of other intelligence functions, and monitor for indicators and warnings.
6. Expand traditional reports to provide context within the theater's information environment.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

1. Bachelor's Degree & 9+ years of experience, Master's Degree & 7+ years, or PhD/JD & 4+ years.
2. Active TS/SCI Clearance.
3. Ability to analyze operational activities of military, governmental, or business systems for decision-making support.
4. Knowledge of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Leader Development, Material, Personnel, & Facilities.
5. Skills in judgment, subject matter expertise, decision support tools, modeling, measurement techniques, mathematics, and statistics.
6. Experience in policy support, capability development, and modeling and simulation-based decision support systems.
