Job Opportunity at Parsons: SIGINT Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA)

Parsons is seeking a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analyst with COMINT experience to support critical network defense missions for the US Army Pacific (USARPAC). This role involves extracting, analyzing, and reporting on intelligence data to support contingency operations and strategic planning.

Location and Clearance

• Location: Ft. Shafter, HI
• Clearance Needed: TS/SCI CI POLY

Compensation

Starting with a $20K sign-on bonus, salary range from $100,900 to $176,600 annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct persona-based analysis on Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR).
• Manage collection and analytic databases related to political-military developments and regional security.
• Develop and update analytical procedures to meet evolving requirements.
• Participate in customer meetings and advise on mission development.
• Identify gaps in collection and intelligence, leveraging multi-discipline sources.
• Produce and contribute to serialized intelligence reporting with minimal oversight.
• Shift work required.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

• 3+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years experience in intelligence analysis within a team environment.
• Deep knowledge of SIGINT collection, concepts, and practices.
• Proficiency in all-source analysis and open-source networks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid US Passport and active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting INDOPACOM threats and NSA TOPI.
• Support for service component intelligence missions and USINDOPACOM operations.
• Familiarity with tools like Scout, DataXplorer, TargetProfiler, and others.
