Pay rate range: $25-$27 /hr.

7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday

100% ONSITE, NO Remote/WFH

MUST CURRENTLY LIVE ON THE ISLAND OF OAHU IN HAWAI'I. LOCAL TALENT please. No candidates who plan to relocate to Oahu, Hawai'i in the near future.

Working in a dynamic organization focused on Energy Efficiency and Sustainability, supporting energy efficiency and water conservation programs. The role involves providing customer support, processing rebate applications, educating customers, maintaining relationships, and administrative tasks.

The responsibilities include:

1. Providing customer call support and responding to inquiries about the program.
2. Processing rebate applications and conducting quality control reviews.
3. Educating customers on energy efficiency and conservation practices.
4. Maintaining relationships with clients.
5. Handling administrative tasks like mail processing and managing shared email inboxes.
6. Collaborating with the team to improve processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least two years in a call center environment with external customers.
• Proven teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills over the phone.
• 2-3 years of experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize independently.
• Attention to detail for quality control.

Preferred qualities include organizational skills, reliability, customer service excellence, writing skills, understanding of property maintenance, technical aptitude, and experience with project/client management, Salesforce, or energy efficiency.
