PROPERTY MANAGER II, III, IV AND V - OAHU

Salary

  • Level II - $4,495/month
  • Level III - $4,858 to $5,918/month
  • Level IV - $5,258 to $6,399/month
  • Level V - $5,918 to $7,198/month

Duties Summary

Level II: Assists in property management activities and receives training.

Level III: Manages property activities independently of average scope.

Level IV: Manages complex property activities, may supervise lower-level managers.

Level V: Supervises and participates in property management, including leasing negotiations and supervising staff.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Must meet all of the following:

  • Legal authorization to work in the US
  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution
  • Specific work experience in property management, varying by level (from 6 months to 3.5 years)
  • Demonstrated supervisory aptitude
  • Valid driver's license (for some positions)
