This recruitment is part of the Operation Hire Hawaii (OH-HI) project, which features an expedited hiring process to fast-track qualified applicants into job opportunities across Hawai'i.

Salary: $9,142 to $14,625 per month (EM-05, Minimum to Maximum). Hiring rates depend on available funds, qualifications, and other factors. This is a continuous recruitment that may close at any time.

Duties Summary

An Administrative Services Officer manages resources, including program analysis, budget, expenditures, property management, organizational analysis, records, personnel, and employee relations. This position is NOT an office support or secretarial role.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

To qualify, you must meet all of the following:

  • Legal Authorization To Work: Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident alien, or eligible for unrestricted employment under federal law.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Specialized Experience: Four years of progressive professional experience in administrative functions such as budget, fiscal management, personnel, or organizational research.
  • Administrative Experience: Two years of responsible professional experience developing, managing, and coordinating policies or programs.
