This is your chance to join our Development team, which plays a significant role in driving Hilton's growth strategy through the addition of new hotels to our expanding portfolio. As a Senior Analyst for Development Canada, reporting to the VP Managing Director of Development Northeast & Canada, you will partner with owners and investors to grow our managed and franchised hotel estate.

How You Will Make an Impact

Your role is vital, and below are some of the core responsibilities that make your work unique:

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities for brand expansion and communicate the strategy effectively
  • Conduct analysis, research, and prepare reports and visual presentations

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Work effectively with support functions to streamline the Development process
  • Organize meetings with external partners to enhance Hilton's market positioning

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Prepare and circulate analytics related to growth and development pace
  • Leverage Business Intelligence tools to assess markets, opportunities, and restrictions

Why You'll Be a Great Fit

Minimum qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of experience in analytics or hospitality consulting
  • High proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to travel up to 30%

Preferred qualifications:

  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree or MS/MA/Master's Degree
  • Proficiency in tools such as MicroStrategy, Salesforce, STR, CoStar, or ArcGIS
  • A strong understanding and passion for the hotel industry
