The Field Service Representative will provide direction and assistance to the work group to meet objectives. You will work within defined parameters to make decisions, resolve issues, and support the R391 (C130J) Composite Propeller System at a customer site. Relocation to Kaneohe Bay MCB, Honolulu, HI, is required after initial training.

Located at Kaneohe Bay Marine Corps Base, this role supports GE Aerospace's Composite Propeller Systems, working with a dedicated team committed to excellence.

Role Overview:
As a Field Service Representative, you will provide technical support for operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of GE Aerospace Composite Propeller Systems on-site, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance on operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of GE products.
  • Interpret data and technical instructions, providing recommendations.
  • Report program status, customer issues, and market intelligence.
  • Assist in scheduling maintenance and workload planning.
  • Perform hands-on maintenance and repair of systems and components.
  • Review maintenance effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure parts meet schedules and support program requirements.

The Ideal Candidate:
A detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with strong aviation maintenance skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to quality and collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with 4+ years aviation maintenance experience.
  • At least 2 years of extensive repair and maintenance on engines or propeller systems.
  • Ability to lift at least 65 lbs.
  • Ability to pass drug and background checks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel up to 60 days/year worldwide.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with Naval Aviation Logistics systems.
