Remote Information Input Clerk

$28 per hour

As a Remote Information Input Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and information. Your primary responsibility will be to input and update patient information in our digital database. You will work closely with our front office team to ensure that all patient information is entered correctly and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately input patient information such as demographics, insurance details, medical history, and other relevant data into our digital database

- Update patient records as needed, including insurance changes, contact information, and medical history updates

- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all data entered

- Communicate with other team members to resolve any discrepancies or missing information

- Follow all HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

- Ensure all deadlines are met and work is completed within designated timelines

- Take on additional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in data entry and/or clerical work is preferred

- Knowledge of dental terminology is a plus, but not required

- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software

- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision

- Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup
