**Job Description:**

Join GDITs growing program supporting DoD intelligence sharing through US BICES-X, a cutting-edge initiative aiding warfighters and coalition partners worldwide. We seek a creative, driven professional passionate about solving real-world issues within a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

**Responsibilities:**

Strategy & Planning

• Collaborate with network staff to ensure reliable operation of systems and software to meet business objectives.
• Work with executives and stakeholders to define requirements, goals, and resolve system issues.

Acquisition & Deployment

• Design and define network architecture for new or existing systems.
• Perform complex network development, design, and upgrades.
• Contribute to documentation and testing to meet user requirements.

Operational Management

• Identify, analyze, and resolve network problems.
• Provide training and technical guidance.
• Determine specifications and ensure hardware/software compatibility.
• May lead or guide less experienced engineers.
• Maintain current technology knowledge and apply network engineering principles.

**Qualifications:**

Required

• Minimum of 10 years' Network Administration experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
• DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II compliance.
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification within six months.
• Complete CCNA certification.
• Experience with routing, switching protocols, Cisco IOS, Multicast, DMVPN, GRE tunnels.
• Ability to work collaboratively, prioritize, and communicate effectively.

Preferred

• CCNP Routing and Switching or CCNP Enterprise.
• Experience with SolarWinds, Firewalls, VoIP systems, HAIPE encryption, virtualization, data centers, network security.

The salary range is approximately $91,811 - $124,200, depending on experience and location.
